01 Refund Eligibility — At a Glance

Eligible for Refund
  • Cancellation made 24+ hours before scheduled session
  • Session cancelled by Vedika (unavailability, emergency)
  • Duplicate / erroneous payment made by the client
  • Technical failure preventing the session from starting (on our end)
Not Eligible for Refund
  • Cancellation with less than 24 hours notice
  • No-show or client not joining the call at scheduled time
  • Dissatisfaction with session insights or guidance received
  • Change of mind after session has commenced
  • In-person surcharge (₹5,000) once travel arrangements are made

02 Cancellation Window

Cancellations and reschedule requests must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled session time.

24+ hours before session

Full refund issued, or session rescheduled at no charge — your choice.

Less than 24 hours before session

No refund issued. The session fee is forfeited. Rescheduling may be considered at Vedika's discretion on a case-by-case basis.

No-show (client does not join)

Session fee is forfeited entirely. No refund or reschedule will be offered without prior communication.

03 Sessions Cancelled by Vedika

In the rare event that Vedika needs to cancel a confirmed session due to an emergency, illness, or unforeseen circumstance:

04 Dissatisfaction Policy

Tarot, Astrology, and spiritual guidance are intuitive arts. Vedika provides sincere, heartfelt, and deeply considered readings — however, refunds are not issued on the basis of disagreement with, or dissatisfaction from, the guidance received.

If you feel your session did not meet your expectations, please reach out to Vedika directly. She will always make time to listen and address your concerns — your experience matters deeply to her.

05 Refund Process — How It Works

Step 1 — Contact Us

Reach out via WhatsApp or email with your name, session date, and reason for the refund request.

Step 2 — Review

Vedika personally reviews your request within 2 business days and responds with a decision.

Step 3 — Refund Issued

Approved refunds are returned to your original UPI account within 5–7 business days. Please share your UPI ID / phone number registered with the account used for payment.

06 Razorpay Payments

For sessions paid via Razorpay (debit/credit card, net banking, or wallet), refunds are initiated through the Razorpay dashboard and credited to your original payment method. Processing times are governed by Razorpay and your bank — typically 5–10 business days. Razorpay transaction fees (if any) may be deducted from the refunded amount. For UPI payments, refunds are processed directly back to your UPI-linked account.

07 Duplicate or Erroneous Payments

If you accidentally pay twice or pay an incorrect amount, please notify us immediately via WhatsApp with your transaction details. Verified duplicate payments will be refunded in full within 3–5 business days.

08 In-Person Session Surcharge

The in-person surcharge of ₹5,000 (added to any session conducted in Mumbai or Kolhapur) is non-refundable once travel and logistics arrangements have been initiated by Vedika. The base session fee remains subject to the standard cancellation policy above.
